Viewing or picking up cards
Erols, Dataflow, Airmail, and Juno are mail servers which only use
text and are incompatable with our cards. Your recipient will only
be able to download our electronic postcards if they are using WebTV.
To ensure that no viruses get downloaded into their computer systems
many private-institutions use "attachment blocks". Our cards
might not be sent because of these attachment blocks. To block "junk"
email, Mail Controls can also be set.
Animation problems
Flash is an enhanced animation used on all of our cards. In order to
view the card you and your recipient will need to have a Flash plugin
installed. The Flash plugin can be downloaded at NO COST TO YOU at www.macromedia.com.
Window users: Flash
requires Windows 95, 98, Windows 3.1 or 3.11, or NY 3.51 and later.
Mac users: Flash Player
requires a Power Macintosh running system 7.5.1 or later, or a 68K Macintosh
System 7.12 or later.
Delays or slow animation
on our cards can be caused by slow computer processors or slow modem
speeds. It is recommended that you use a computer processor speed of
at least 133 MHz and a modem speed of at least 56k to connect to the
web. While you are viewing our cards, please close all other applications
on your computer (except your web browser). You may want to install
more memory on your computer if you are still experiencing difficulty.
We suggest at least
32 MB of RAM for Windows users.
Viruses
It is impossible for you to get a computer virus by receiving or sending
our card. The email notifications that are being sent to you from us
are only text messages with a hypertext link to your card. They do not
contain any attached files. Our cards are simply web pages which can
be viewed with your Internet Browser.
Browser requirements
Our site was designed to work correctly with all of the most popular
web browsers. If you experience difficulty receiving animation or sound
from our site, please upgrade to the most recent versions of browser
software at links provided below. You may lose sound or animation plugins
when upgrading your browser. For more information please see our section

The information you provide for us when you send one of our electronic
cards will only be used to customize your card with the recipient's
name and your name. Also, it will deliver email notifications to your
recipient and yourself. We do not sell, keep or compile any mailing
lists Your address will also not be used for any type of email solicitation.
